I have had a busy week shutting down my summer classroom but I had to make time to do a challenge post, and what better way to save time but to do a two in one. Storybook Saturdays is a newly open blog challenge that focuses on featuring the creativity and design in Second Life by doing a weekly fantasy theme. This week was The Medieval Court! I knew it was a perfect combination challenge because this weeks DisneyBound is the long locked beauty Rapunzel. Who can resist this poor isolated damsel in distress. Even the prince, whose eyes are scared by thrones come back seeking his one true love (Grim’s version not Tangled).
So i decided I’d had enough of the golden locks and chose for my Rapunzel to be a firey red-head, I ditched the pink duds and went with this classic white medieval gown from TWA. It was flexible and flowing and I felt like quite the traped princess, especially when I found the perfect tower for picture-taking. May Lou has some beautifully done fantasy and foreign buildings, the texture is just lovely and if you visit her sim you will see al the varied styles. The cute little Chameleon came with the Lelutka Rapunzel hair which I could not resist for this post. Hope you all are having a great week so far!
